Poland’s first large-format festival devoted to Polish and foreign independent cinema. Off Plus Camera, after its debut in October 2008, was acclaimed as a great European event: in the course of five days, nearly 300 invited guests and nearly 20 000 participants took part. The festival, imposing in its panache and diversity, is a review of the best in independent cinematography. Nearly 400 showings in every edition means hundreds of carefully selected films representing art cinema from around the world. The program every year includes the best pictures from the Sundance, Rotterdam, Berlin, Dubai and other festivals.
