The Kids in Kraków project aims to meet children’s cultural needs, targeting both youngsters living in Kraków and those visiting the city with their parents staying for various lengths of time. Kraków provides a rich variety of cultural events for children of all ages (see: events). They range from major festivals to informal workshops. There are also lots of places across the city where children are the main visitors: the Zoo in the Wolski Forest, the Jordan Park, cultural centres, lots of cafés and playgrounds… (see: venues).

The main aim of the Kids in Kraków project is to create a database including all local cultural events and tourist attractions for children and families. We have the support of numerous institutions (see: project partners). We are striving to integrate the city’s activities for children through creating a consistent branding, building a website and Facebook page, and producing suitable publications.

We also support numerous initiatives and external campaigns promoting family-friendly attitudes (see: Child Friendly Places). There’s bound to be something for even the fussiest young people.
