Regional Museum in Tarnów
The regional Museum in Tarnów was founded in 1927 by Józef Jakubowski. It presents among others a unique exhibition on the history and culture of Roms; to its branches belong also a knight's castle in Dębno, homestead in Zalipie painted with flowers and museum with mementos after painter Jan Matejko Nowy Wiśnicz.

The Renaissance building houses the collection of the Art of Old Poland with the wide assemblage of Sarmatian portraits, collection of old weapon: original sables, rifles and armours, sets of courtly tableware made of porcelain and glass.
